Spotted at BFW 2013 - Erykah Chanel

I met the beautiful model, Erykah Chanel, at Boston Fashion Week's "Extrinsic 2" show and adored her style. She was tabling for Visual Content Magazine, as Operations Manager for the local publication. She wore a canary yellow jumpsuit that looked amazing on her body, with a plunging neckline and bare back. She accessorized with simple, black heels, a vintage belt worn as a necklace, a Tory Burch purse, and a killer ear cuff (the kind I go crazy over). Her hair was in a chic, Janelle Monae-esque roll. Chanel is one, stylish woman who most definitely turns heads on the streets of Boston!

What she wore:
Jumpsuit - by Kerly Bernard of Envieux
Black Purse - Tory Burch
Chain Necklace - vintage belt
Ear Cuff - Tiffs Treasures
Black Heels - Make Me Chic

The bare back showed off her great figure and cool tattoos.

Savvy Shopping Sunday (N° 7)

I've been thinking of trying out this new nail trend that was spotted on the runway of Antonio Beradi's fall 2011 show...the v-gap! What do you think? I hope you all had a great weekend and that some good deals will start your week off right!

Thinking of Resort 2010

Today I had a lovely snow day, so I was able to sit in my pjs all day, hang out with my sisters and mom, eating way too much food, and decorating my room for Christmas. I have a cute mini tree I put up every year with tiny ornaments and garlands!

I haven't told you all yet, I now have my blog on bloglovin' so you can get notified every time I post something new! Go to http://www.bloglovin.com/en/blog/1153511/jennys-open-closet to follow my blog!

Also, I really have to thank all of you guys that have been following me, whether it's on Facebook, Google, Twitter, Weardrobe, or Chictopia. It makes my day when I receive your comments and every new follower is like meeting a new friend!

Digressing from all the snow and winter weather, I always love looking at designer's resort lines because they're so fresh, fun, and simple. They're the type of clothes you can picture yourself wearing on a Caribbean cruise, lounging on the deck, sipping ice-cold drinks, while soaking up the sun and warm sea breeze. A-a-a-a-ah...a nice escape from reality while the snow is falling! There were so many really great resort lines, but here are a few of my favorites.
